There are many analysts that have offered buy reccomendations on plenty of stocks of late, and there have been some pretty horrific analysis presented, slr, sir ago just to name afew.
With many resource stocks on the nose and understanding some of the motives of analysts, you have to be very brave to be offering 'buys' (which are accumulate sentiments), or better still be very very selective!!!
As an example i saw one analyst on foxtel offer a buy on slr (on the basis of strong fundamentals) at $3.20 whilst this was trending down from $4.00. This is now $1.10.
Care needs to be taken, unless your petey who will accumulate 50million (tongue in cheek petey888) :)
