its all cloak and dagger stuff but i don't think the JV being finalised will be with WEG, they are an empty shell at present they moved their shares (19.9%) back to Timeone and I believe that was to stave off any possible liabilities on WEG when the 'receiver' card was played by PLV.
The board member WEG had is now also gone.. i hope its the new HK Group or other..
