"Why do we have such a large sell side on good news?"
how else do you discourage buyers! make it look like someone is climbing out of the trees to sell! notice the blocking order at 2.6c for 3.8 million shares hasnt moved but the 2 million sell at 4c has now been moved to 4.3c sell side now full of orders will no intention to sell!
a few logical explanations for this
someone just plain accumulating someone trying to keep SP at this level to try a takeover someone keepiing SP at this level thinking they will get cheap shares in a cap raising.
finance key now but i also think resolving the Stirling issue is another major bear in the woods. if this case is settled, with Kilimiraka thrown in with Keysbrook, MZI is a huge chance to be taken over.
saw a top 20 report a while back and noticed that there had been a few sellers but also one of the main buyers had been Citicorp (could be anyone)
have seen no change in holding notices so none of the big shareholders have been selling. imho there has been a significant amount of selling from one hand to the other. i know there will always be people that disagree with this but it happens on a regular basis on many shares, dont think MZI is any different.
