I also think 85c per share is fair enough at this stage. However $1.0 should be the most likely result.
DML' s 200-300Mt (upside potential) at 1.3%cu is a strategical asset for China, for a company with plenty of cash on hands. But in short term DMl's management clearly has no abilities to bring this project ahead.
Major SHs have better let go and all support the bid.
