Wang may have been punted or she may have resigned - not being on the board means there is no longer a conflict of interest Wang and her cronies are now free to look after themselves - when she was on the board she had a duty of care to vote in the best interests of all shareholders.

It makes me laugh how the flag wavers can just dismiss the number one shareholder with 20% as now being relevant to PLV,s future direction
