They have to get it to the lab first, get the results back, AND undetake analysis, AND put them through the board. its not an immediate process.
My point being....unless Mgt extend the SPP, the underwriter, and not their shareholders, is going to have the benefit/choice of seeing the results. This is ethically wrong in any U/W.
