Could someone tell me who is making this takeover offer please.

CF have issued a letter to a few newspapers etc but as i understand it have not contacted DML.

I believe a letter was issued to shareholders well I hold a few shares and not recieved a letter.

Is this another classic rumourmill from 95%of hotcopper posters.

Takeovers coming from everywhere 1.70 here 1.20 there we will be lucky to get out of this at current levels if not recievership. Here is hoping that wont happen
