    Are you serious?

    Were you around in the mid 80's when Labour removed Negative Gearing?

    Rental market went through the roof - investment housing is an absolute must in our society, not everyone can afford to buy. If investors did not participate, who would supply rental accommodation?

    Removing NG will increase rents, but house prices will not fall.
