    Trying to issue 700M shares at 2.5c

    I would say it is a pump to get the rights issue away

    They would need it closer to 3c IMO

    That being said, no comment on whether they can get it there or not. Alternatively, allows an insot wanting volume to get set whereas they wouldn't otherwise be able to
