    Not sure about the valuation here

    Market cap currently $21M

    They have about $20M cash, some of which is contingent and escrowed

    They are going to distribute $11M, so leaves them with $10M

    After divi, expect them to be trading at cash which is 27c

    So people are overpaying here. You would have had to get set in low 40's to really benefit
