I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I do believe we are seeing accumulation by one or more large players in the 60's.

"They" have been very successful in keeping MAD in a nice tight range while they load up.

When MAD finally does break out of this sideways trading (I'm tipping on the upside by the way), I think she will move fairly quickly as by then the larger players will have had their fill. And the shorters will need to start covering.

I actually couldn't care less if MAD stays in this range for a few more months - as long as management keep progressing and growing production. Eventually the re-rating will come.
