    Even blind Freddie can see CFC is just a "private" puppet for the PRC for the purpose of making the acquisition.

    Using the "private" label, the PRC get the benefit of causing mayhem, mischief and wreaking havoc without tainting the communist state as in the case of a state enterprise making the bid.

    These Chinese tactics are so predictable, these guys must follow the handed-out same script from the NDRC.
