From Reuters today, "Australian rules, however, would bar the firm from making an offer below A$1.70 a share before mid-June, or four months since its last offer lapsed."
Yu Yong yesterday, "Shareholders could get paid by as early as the end of July if the proposal is accepted,"
Putting timeframe together, it seems that Mr Yu Yong intends to bid as soon as the 4-month grace period ends, and the number will be lower than $1.70
