Upon rereading this I discovered that the issue is not whether or not Gillard knew anything about the purchase of houses through the slush fund.
apparently, she did know and that seems all ok.
The issue here seems to be whether or not she witnessed the documents properly.
Let's say she didn't ie she was somewhere else at the time and someone else signed for her.
Is this such a big deal???
