as you rightly point out it takes two to make a baby but if the woman stayed celibate until marriage then there wouldnt be a problem would there?
im not so stupid to suggest that it still wouldnt happen so adoption is a good solution.
you seem to be a bit angry so one could asume that you have been in that situation - however the best way to avoid getting pregnant or getting std's is simply abstination on both sides.
i dont think plibersek and gillard dont know what they are doing re this announcement and the timing. im sure people like you will welcome this decision with open arms as well as handing them your vote.
