If you gauge guilt by non answers or vague waffle, then you may as well gaol all our politicians, as they must all be guilty of something.
It's quite possible Gillard wasn't with Blewitt when signing the POA, or maybe she genuinely does not recall that specific occasion, (no reliable source either way).
But does it make a difference in relation to the AWU fraud? Absolutely not.
The POA was not material in the AWU fraud, the purchase would have occurred even without a POA.
So if their is genuine concern for the AWU members, then why not follow the money instead of the POA?
