Currently selecting wines for a wedding. The reds will be pierro 2008 ltcf cab merlot and st Hugo 2006 cab sauvignon. Both excellent and worth the money.Stepped down a notch for sparkling for seppelt Salinger nv, although I like this wine especially for.the price...more toast and brioche in the toast compared to similarly priced bubbles.
The old man got ahead of himself and bought a few leuwin estate chard bottles....not bad but its chard. Need a sauvignon blanc to round.things off. Any ideas?.
