thanks for the responses. we have the salinger toast sparkling sorted at a v.good 15 dollars/bottle but as needing more for the day ill take a look. think i bought a bb nv pnc on your rec although i dont think the lass got a go so ill have to buy another. the chardonnay's i tried in the margaret river last week on a one day first time visit were really nice...and exey!. the dozen chard leuwinn we have will get smashed, but having a drier white for a marquee event in the winter brissy sun seems inevitable.
buying booze for 100 odd people can be quite fun, well the trial work is anyway.
