Got a email from Euraka today,i feel they are not into the real Gold you can hold
in your hand .Isnt that what created the problem lately. I retrived my real gold from Ainslei Bullion on wednesday,had problem ,could not find me in the system.
I got it in the end but not impressed with customer service.I guess i will have to find alternative place to sell down the track.
