Thanks for the advice but I still can't find it, all I managed to find in the December Quarterly was:
"The first scheduled Boseto Project finance debt repayment of $17 million on 31 December."
and in the March Quarterly it said:
"A scheduled Boseto Copper Project finance debt repayment of US$12 million was made during the March quarter."
I am not an accountant but to me it sounds like DML have been making the repayments as required....

I did my search in the announcements section on the DML website and what I DID notice is that on the left hand side of the first page of most anns, is a small grey box which clearly states the latest "Cash" and "Debt" status.
If you go through a few anns from last year till now, you will notice how the "Debt" is DECREASING (OK, the "Cash" is also decreasing) but how is this possible if they are in default?
Please let me know exactly on what page of which ann you saw the "in default" part - I have a fair amount invested in DML and would be most grateful for your help.
