I think you need to look at the bigger picture rather than a simple coin flip yey or nay on funding. You have heard it all before I presume...shovel ready, pilbara, clean water, billions of tonnes reaching for the boat, ALDP pocket reaching,patents, clean energy reports, leading the throt on Opex, Capex, Kcal values, lead on techs (Matmor, liquification feed stocks) shift in LV coal allocation, hitting government emission targets etc

Money makes money......technical and fundamentals aren't really comparable on this one at present....there's potentially massive $$$ to be made on a new Industry which the government seem dead set on....its a spec stock, no sure bets, but the odds look ...very.favourable..
