i and many many others said to take 45c and run from Hanlong in the absence of another offer

there was nothing else to stick too...a JV with no-one else existed

it was the best price we will ever get, and way over the odds..a get out of jail free card

It has proved to be the case that it was over the odds

Its such a shame the deal didnt complete...we will never see that price or anything close to it ever again

resource upgrade, broker research, IE reports etc..mean not a thing

its the $5.5b needed...and the market/china now knows SDL is cornered and will take their time before any deal...is 50% premium now to the VWAP of 10c enough?? In the absence of any competitor its either that or diltuion

I hope it delivers a good deal for all
