I see the 2 million order never actually materialised......its an encouraging sign as that was probably the 0.016 bid trying to get himself hit and shake the tree of those nervous/impatient. Our stock price is getting hammered but its the same story all around. Look at this snippet from the James Dines Report:

"So far the crash is primarily in raw materials, ranging from the normal cyclicals such as iron ore and copper, through crucial elements such as Rare Earths, and even now including gold and oil. You can't have a sustained bull market building things without the raw materials with which to build those things, so one of those two trends must be lying. That means either leading averages could plunge, or raw materials soar, when unity eventually occurs. For example, the Rare Earth producer Rare Element Resources(REE) has a great deposit of elements that are crucial in the world today, for example cell phones, yet it sells in the marketplace for $81.4 million; they had cash of $40 million as of 31 Dec 2012, which means that the whole mining apparatus is for sale for a paltry $41.4 million."

Most miners are trading at a deep discount and this includes those that are about to turn from explorer to producer this year. Yes we need an announcement but honestly the whole sector is getting hammered. China had stimulus this first quarter and there will be a lag effect in to the second quarter of this year in my opinion so we shouldnt get too despondent on the slightly slower growth numbers.

In terms of news out from New era the new options were meant to be signed off by shareholders in May but apparently this has been extended to July due to some regulatory red tape according to Winton Willesee.

Stay strong and good luck.....sell here if you want to move your cash to a different investment but dont sell here because you think it goes lower.....there really is very little downside here on this stock in my opinion but i am not one to give you advice, thats your call.
