Forgot to say a low ball bid called "FINAL" will just open the door to any counter-bids.

In the absence of calling a FINAL bid by the Chinese, the DML board knows the Chinese are willing to pay higher.

But TIME IS RUNNING OUT for China.

Hence I expect CFC to sabotage the Cap Raising and may start mailing letters of intimidation to holdres soon.
