You ask what will occur in terms of SP if Monash pull out? Not much of a difference really. It was near about these levels prior to Monash announcement some 12 months ago.

The significance of Monash Capital at present comes down to really one thing, that being its illusion on face value, which is mandatory for ECT to try and succeed within the ALDP. Without that illusion, ESI would need to find another replacement.

Would it be difficult to find such a replacement? Not really, if you're willing to do the hard yards in seeking one IMO!

An interesting question to ask is whether Monash would still be in the picture or not if the ALDP didn't exist?

My belief is they would. Predominantly because I believe the board and Monash capital have other intentions that are prioritized over SH's best interests.
