You think Africans that rely so heavily on Chinese investment will be dictating to China to get a move on? i dont think so

This project whether it starts production in 2019 or 2022 wont make or break China, or make or break Africa

If you were China what would you do...just sit n wait for another 12 months...theres no rush id think
