Hold on actually let me rephrase that as we are into stating facts here and i missed two words that are very important.. lets not also forget the very short exercise period of about 9 months..

exercise price (1.2c) % incr from existing sp at the time 71% to be in the money.

if management came out now and did the same thing and we got a 71% increase within 9 months.. we would all be happy as Larry..

again it all depends how you present the facts... looking back doesn't take you forwards.. it actually takes you backwards..

PS i wonder how many companies were testing back then in 2010?? Sov might be able to tell us this fact?? and then perhaps we can then see how may customers will have in the short term.. that could be scary tho if we use the same principle as the past options price vs future sp theory Sov has going... 8-)
