Doubt its Putins words. Rejecting Sharia is common sense but expressing in such racist manner is not Russian. I spent nearly six years in Russia in my youth and its roots are more diversified than even Australia. Putin is smart enough to know that racial and cultural isolation is sure way to primitiveness.
