Yep Auto, but at least this had $SS announced - albeit a confusing agmt. Wiah they would simply write what is net to AKK WI's as that is what they are on the hook to fund. The partners pay their WI - unless of course Malmoe is correct, then AKK should make this statement every time - "WI X%, paying 100%."

Nowhere can I see that AKK pays 100% of costs for the 1st 3 wells in purchase agmt.
