3.5 cent double pump tip top dump?

    The double pump tip top is 3.5 cents.

    Unfortunately, the fact that we could not even get there today is slightly discouraging.

    If we do not at least tackle that level tomorrow then I could see a double pump tip top dump - the size of such a dump is typically ~25% of the double pump without significant news.

    To that end, unless 3.5 is broken tomorrow I would see it back at 2.6 very quickly.
