Maybe they do want to save money scaling back PB but if it has hit the desired target I think it's fair enough.
If for eg. PB has 20 years mine life there no point drilling the crap out of it now to find out it will be 30 years.
I would assume at this point funds are better spent finding Stages 3,4,5 which could run concurrently.Might even excite this tough crowd they call the market.
