This one gets down to how long you are prepared to wait while they get it going Could be decades certainly years which is why I thought the preference shares were a bit of a pointless issue I am convinced that it will happen simplybecause the asset is there but when depends more on ability to finance something that is becoming harder all the time in the present economic enviroment
