This may appear to be a bit odd but I believe is worth asking anyway.
In the Management and Corporate Restructure announcement on 21 March 2013 it mentions changes in the board in future terminology like:
"Mr Brett Lawrence will be joining the Company as Managing Director" etc and
"Messrs Greg Lee and Sam Russotti will step down from the Board"
And yet on the ASX website it still has GL and SR on the board and no mention of the others.
