Might be high time shareholders all sent complaints into the ASX/ASIC and maybe they will look into this matter as no doubt plenty have now lost money and the uncertainty going forward is going to lead to greater losses.

Regarding losing "face" SDL's pursuer was known from the start and did not help them any with that takeover so not sure that the chinese are so worried about that as they may have been in the distant past!!
