I dont suggest they're trying to hide that they can and do have surveillance.
It's the intelligence specifics that they are playing close to their chest.
Its like phone-taps....the crims know they exist but they still deliver evidence.
I am sure the Iraqis suspect the Yanks know but that is a long way from having it confirmed and a very, very long way from moving them or using them as a result!!
