most in the media seem to be describing telstra as a bond ,some a safe haven bond,so at $5 its paying 5.6% or 7.98% FF. At $5.20 its still paying 5.4% or 7.7% FF ,at $5.50 it pays 5.1% or 7.26 % FF.
Any mention by telstra dividend may be increased would obviously increase SP like ANZ today.
Global and domestic shock threats is the danger requiring big balls to even be in sharemarket.
Maybe i'm a little naive but i still feel telstra faces less headwinds than our banks.
