Moneymaker, was the reply verbal or written? The written reply I got didn't give me any confidence. And I wrote back to them again after that, asking for some minor changes to some of the clauses and they never got back to me. I've lost a lot of money on this one, and can't afford to be surprised by any fees of any kind, unless we have a win. The way the clauses about termination 'by the practice' (i.e. them) got me worried.
