The sell down was on a lighter volume and although it lose back some of yesterday's gain, it has brought ICG back to the level before the breakout.Because the consolidation has been over such a long period, any breakout would be quite significant because of the relative long period of consolidation from the charting point of view.I am incline to buy back at 3 - 3.1c.
