So anyone want to speculate on whether FAS / FRL made the cut to 5 and whether they will be announced as one of the 3 in mid May. "and that the three successful proponents will be announced to the market, by the port, towards the end of May 2013."
I didn't think EPSL would even announce the names of those short listed and we wouldn't know until September as obviously any asx listed company could have a share price move on the short listing news. Interesting times ahead bring on mid May, all of the 5 proponents please give FAS a contract to sign to deliver to the port so we can get funding lol.
My interpretation on the one liner on the ROIP is it sounds like they have put a proposition to EPSL and stated they need EP access to get their funding something along those lines so a contract could come sooner than later potentially even if they were unsuccessful on an operator bid.
