IMO the 'sophisticated investors' will be the ones participating in the CR....why would they be worried about a high SP before that happens. I don't think it has anything to do with sophisticated investors having inside knowledge about negative news.
IMO POK will want the CR to be a wham bam thank-you mam scenario so that they can get the cash in the back and the preparation for drilling underway ASAP!
