yes i do, and i stated it prior to yesterdays announcement but if you look at the language used in the latest announcement it appears the two are moving in step and are linked, add to that the bad blood between WEG and PLV (since Dec 28th) and now they have no board member and no shares (back to Timeone) since the 'receiver' card was played.. put all that in the blender and my assumption that the JV is the same as the debt funder is made.. i hope i'm right and i hope the sales and marketing agreement has been shaken out as part of the process..

for us to be back to WEG/Timeone as a JV i think it would not of taken so long.. and we wouldn't have seen their movements over the last month as well..

in the end this is all just IMO..
