You are saying; "Speculating my gut view say it has all been paid hence the panic at NSE when they lost the well and realsied that NSE was up for the re-drill cost and the final well."

but I am saying I can't see anyhting paid to NSE other than $2,003,186. Where is the other $24m. Where is this payment shown on the cash felow reports? (Yes, Conoco has to pay $39m for the three wells of first phases. I assume Conoco would pay $26m for the first two wells.)

No need to wildy specualate. It should be on the accounts and books. Where is it on the books if it was paid? We can't just speculate without looking at the accounts, can we! Let's do the research first then speculate. I asked for your help above; "Where is this payment shown on the cash felow reports? Has anyone any idea? (I have already asked this question to management by an email today)."
