its time this stupid government wakes up to the plight of negative geared property investors, selflessly providing cheap accommodation to losers who havent got the nous to buy their own house. the gillard/swan regime really should consider giving landlords back at least half their operating losses and totally remove capital gains tax on residential props. should be considered a stimulus package, god knows we need it.
