Actions speak louder then a few lousy words in a quarterly statement. Right now the share price action is saying this t/o won't get over the line. They have basically been saying the same thing the last 15 months just using different words.
"Steering" to me means being proactive with buyer, such as answering their questions, providing data, continually updating them on progress, assisting with Govt approvals etc, negotiating and assisting in questions and negotiations with J/V parties, contractors, engineers etc, etc
They have had over a year to "steer" not to mention the trading halt and the exclusive DD period before Christmas that eventuated to absolulety zero. And they used the words "...from a company that has conducted extensive due diligence.." when announcing the trading halt and DD period. How much more steering needs to be done after 15 months and an exclsuive DD period?
