The market is now valuing coys. solely according to -
1. are they paying a dividend
2. if not - when are likely to pay a dividend.

If it was possible for BRU to say - " we are going to isolate Ungani & use cash flow there from , only to do further explor/drilling there & pay dividend from excess-within 2yrs we believe -

and respect to our other massive prospects,accept free carry proposals from any who are interestd who meet our high standards. Plus bank loans for any funds reqd by us.

A nonsense idea no doubt - we just have to wait a decade for a dividend. ( in the v. long run it is only the dividend that is pay back for our investment )
