Like most others on this forum I am pissed at the lies, deceit and lack of performance that have characterised ERJ management.

Wondering what you might be proposing at the AGM.

As far as can tell most resolutions appear to be about shares already issued and a new torrent of shares to be issued. We can't do much about the shares already issued and if we vote down the new shares to be issued we go broke and the company is wound up.

I'm not wishing for more shares to be issued and certainly don't want the company that has my hard earned to go under.

I guess what I'm saying is that I struggle to see a resolution to our current difficulties. Even if Carnarvon by some miracle is functional by AGM time, we still will need some funds to keep the company afloat until any money rolls in from any brave new customers.

What we really need is a competent engineering, project managing, cashed up white knight to buy the company and execute what should have been done 18 months ago.
