the outcome will likely hinge around the standard of the JORC and who prepared i, ie where they sufficiently competent etc.
It's relatively easy for Richmond to drive wedges into THX's JORC and on a risk reward basis, he has far more to gain than loose, particularly with the quality of the find (thx PF).
