Does anybody know of a mine that has been cash flow positive before commercial production has started? Or tell me of a mine that actually got up and started as planned on schedule and on budget especially in Australia with no issues to iron out? It's really easy to sit back here on HC wallowing in self pity and our perfect hindsight vision when other people are working to get this 30+ year mine off the ground.
Yes the share price is at record lows and yes we are all seeing our capital being evaporated. But this is the stock market and every stock has its risk especially up and coming miners who have yet to prove they can make a $$. Wipe away the 'slight hold up' GBG is not going anywhere and when Karara takes off it will be a major project in Australia if it isn't already.
Ramp ups are never easy or smooth but its short term pain for long term gain.
Still...that loan doesn't help SP but I'd rather that then another CR.
Again do you really think a $2 billion + mine with a 30 year mine life is going broke before it even starts commercial production? Come on now
Note I am feeling everyone's pain on here but I have the faith this mine is worth sticking around for LONG TERM
Good luck all
