Don't know if a good bottle of scotch would ever get the chance to age under my ownership!!
Interesting re the peat - love hearing old school techniques used in the process. You get sick of the artificial process of today's society.
This is my 2nd bottle of Sullivans and it rates quite highly imo , a real credit to the Distiller down there.
