Syd i was not reffering to a bid in the ones i was reffering to acc comment that the raising will be down in the ones ie teh teens.
Also i doubt an offer would be in the ones either, sorry im a realist. Even if it was there would be so many conditions to it
major shareholders would issue a class action if a firm bid of above $1 at current state of play was not entertained or at least voted for. All the big boys on this register not retail holders and i can imagine they are in disgust of a proposed $0.25 raise just as CF werer
In addition i think other parties owuld be larger ASx companies that could potential merge or T/O via scrip, somehow management thinks this would save face ??????? becasue value "could" still be realised in the long term
i would prefer mulltiple parties some competitive tension and a palatable outcome for shareholders, yes us poor old retail guys ;(
